Leading AI Change: Building Technical & Emotional Readiness

This interactive training equips leaders and employees with critical competencies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) fluency and Emotional Intelligence (EI) for change management and a successful workplace.

In-Person or Virtual. Group size: 6-30. Total Hours: 2.5. Cost: $749/trainee.

As AI tools rapidly transform Massachusetts workplaces, from healthcare to manufacturing to professional services, the biggest barrier isn't the technology itself, it's people's readiness. Organizations with higher emotional intelligence during technology transitions experience significantly higher adoption rates and reduced resistance.

This program uniquely addresses both sides: teaching employees how to work effectively and responsibly with AI systems while equipping them with the self-awareness and interpersonal skills to lead themselves and others through disruptive change.

Learning Outcomes

Technical AI Fluency Skills:

Understand AI capabilities and limitations to identify appropriate workplace applications and separate hype from reality.
Determine which tasks are appropriate to assign to AI systems versus those requiring human judgment, critical thinking, or emotional intelligence.
Write clear AI instructions and craft effective prompts that generate quality outputs for workplace tasks.
Evaluate AI outputs critically for accuracy, bias, and appropriateness before professional use.

Emotional Intelligence & Change Management Skills:

Gain insights into individual workplace behavioral style tendencies.
Build self-awareness about personal reactions to technology change and understand how Everything DiSC® behavioral style influences AI adoption approach.
Understand the stages of change, different needs during change, and recognize where team members are in the transition.
Strategies to support team members through resistance, fear, and uncertainty.

Worksmart Management Toolkit: Navigate Every Day Interpersonal Challenges with Confidence

This five-part training series equips leaders with the practical tools and insights they need to tackle everyday management challenges with clarity and confidence.

Virtual. Group size: 4-20. Total Hours: 6.25. Cost: $1,875/trainee.

Built around the Everything DiSC® Worksmart modules, each 75-minute facilitated virtual session delivers focused learning on critical management topics—giving feedback, resolving conflict, empowering others, leading through change, and motivating teams—paired with on-demand resources through the Catalyst™ learning platform.

Participants receive personalized strategies tailored to their unique management style and leave each session with an actionable plan they can immediately apply to their team.

By combining behavioral insights with real-world tools, this course strengthens leadership capability and promotes a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance. By the end of this 5-part series, managers will be able to:

Deliver Constructive Feedback that is specific, actionable, and motivating—tailored to the behavioral styles of individual team members.
Manage Conflict Effectively by recognizing their own conflict tendencies and adjusting to different styles to maintain team trust and cohesion.
Empower Team Members by flexing their leadership approach to foster autonomy, confidence, and ownership in diverse work styles.

Smarter Reactions: Adapting EQ Mindsets to Navigate Workplace Dynamics

Grounded in the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ assessment (cost not included*) and framework, the program helps employees understand their own EQ strengths, recognize areas for growth, and develop the agility to respond effectively across a range of workplace situations.

Through personalized insights, engaging group discussions, and real-world application, participants learn how to stretch beyond their default mindsets to enhance team dynamics and contribute to a healthier, more productive workplace culture.

Delivered by JKirley Collective, an Authorized Everything DiSC® Partner, this program includes three dynamic modules from the Agile EQ learning path: Your EQ Strengths, Beyond Your Comfort Zone, and Develop Your EQ.

The course fosters greater self-awareness, builds interpersonal effectiveness, and supports organizations in developing resilient, emotionally intelligent teams.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify their DiSC® style and understand the associated emotional intelligence (EQ) mindsets.
Recognize the strengths and limitations of their default EQ responses in the workplace.

Productive Conflict using DiSC: Transforming Workplace Tension into Results

Workplace tension is inevitable, but destructive conflict is not. This dynamic, 4-hour course helps professionals turn everyday friction into opportunities for collaboration by developing key emotional intelligence skills under pressure.

In-Person or Virtual. Group size: 10-24. Duration: 1 week. Total Hours: 4. Cost: $649/trainee.

Utilizing the proven Everything DiSC® framework, participants discover how their unique motivators, stressors, and emotional triggers shape their reactions during high-stress interactions. Rather than focusing on external dispute resolution, the training zooms in on internal self-regulation—teaching learners how to pause, reframe negative automatic thoughts, and intentionally respond rather than react.

Participants will leave with practical tools to break harmful communication patterns, build stronger interpersonal relationships, and foster a healthier overall work culture.

Note: Completion of an individual, personalized Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment is required pre-work and is a separate cost outside of the course tuition fee (not covered by the Express Program grant).

Who Should Attend? This course is designed for individual contributors, team leaders, managers, and executives looking to improve communication, strengthen emotional intelligence, and foster a more resilient, collaborative team dynamic.

No prior familiarity with Everything DiSC® is required.
