Jessica M. Payne, PhD

Jessica founded and leads Broadsight, a woman-owned business providing impact evaluation and engagement services in culture and the arts, education, community development, and the public health sector.

Broadsight guides organizational leaders to make bold, equitable decisions informed by data and the lived experience of their stakeholders. They specialize in qualitative and mixed methods impact evaluation, including co-design of evaluation plans and success metrics, replication models, community outreach and engagement and data informed program development.

Broadsight prioritizes collaborations that center social justice and equity with global majority populations.

Recent projects include strategic evaluation planning and impact assessments with Amherst College, Common Wealth Murals, the Community Foundation of Western MA, the Community Music School of Springfield, Kids in Tech, and Springfield College. Bringing 30+ years of expertise, I lead all Broadsight initiatives. I hold a Ph.D. and M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from Hampshire College.
