Jessi Kirley

Founder, Facilitator, & Strategic Thought Partner

Jessi brings over 20 years of experience counseling small enterprises and family businesses on human factors, entrepreneurial leadership, and strategic visioning. The COVID pandemic was a catalyst to starting her own consulting business, JKirley Collective, to help leaders build cultures of dignity and high performance.

She most recently joined the Smith College Conway Center for Entrepreneurship, and is also advising the 10,000 Small Businesses initiative sponsored by Goldman Sachs and administered through Babson College. Jessi has a record of commitment and contribution to Western Mass, where she also earned an MBA at UMass Amherst and a BA in Biology from Smith College.

Jessi spent nine months training as a Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach, is a Certified EverythingDiSC™ Workplace Facilitator and Authorized Partner. She brings connection, integrity, compassion, authenticity and professional effervescence to her work and volunteer efforts.
