Ingrid Bredenberg

Ingrid Bredenberg, M.A. I-O Psych, is known for her fresh, innovative approaches to collaboration and leadership development. For over 30 years she has worked with leaders in healthcare, education, government and business, equipping them with proven approaches and leading edge resources for strategic thinking, leadership and collaboration skills to create cultures of trust and accountability.  She is the lead designer and trainer of the Leadership Innovation Academy, a program for emerging and seasoned leaders who are stepping up to new roles and responsibilities in New York State. She presented at the 22nd Annual International Leadership Association’s annual conference

She has served on the faculty of USF Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership, Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Program, Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, and regional leadership development programs.  As an Authorized Partner with Wiley, publishers of Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams®, she provides strategic coaching to consultants, and Organizational Development professionals, helping them implement system-wide change initiatives. She is also a certified Practitioner of Holacracy and Neurolinguistic Programming.  She received her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. Currently she is researching the use of labyrinths in leadership development and decision-making.
